Here are some projects we are involved in, some deals we have made and other opportunities that are out there. This is just a snapshot within the last 18 months in which we have been involved in the sale of many development projects on which we have acted as planning consultants, architects (both as sales agents).

We are retained by clients to purchase land and development – here are some of our recent acquisitions or sales.
We are currently involved in promoting and obtaining planning permission to help develop over 1,175 new homes across the Island, including Ryde, Newport, Cowes, Brighstone, Yarmouth, Wellow, Seaview, Brading, West Wight, Arreton Valley, Sandown and Calbourne. We are helping to deliver affordable community housing on 7 sites on behalf of Vectis Housing for young people and their families for local communities.
We are helping infrastructure improvement and development projects across the Island. We are the lead consultant in the regeneration of Ryde Pier from a tired railway terminal into a destination where people can go and spend 2 or 3 hours, including restaurants, shops, museum, offices and other leisure facilities. We are also acting on behalf of Hovertravel in the refurbishment of their new maintenance depot on the seafront at Esplanade.
We are working with Alderking from Bristol as joint agents in the disposal of serviced, commercial plots at Systems Park, Cowes. We sold the current operating site to Esplanade Garage which is undoubtedly one of the best car distribution agent’s on the Island.
We have been working with Hose Rhodes Dickson in the sale of self-build small builders plots as joint sales agent at Ash Lane, Gunville, and these 19 plots have now been all sale agreed with some of them now being built out and to be lived in.
