Robert Biggs
Chartered Architect and Conservation Architect.
Robert has worked on the Isle of Wight as a Chartered Architect for 43 years. Previously he was a partner in his father’s firm of A G Biggs Partnership and later a director of Biggs Talbot Architects. He joined the company 5 years ago to concentrate solely on the right design and to help deliver it. With awards for modern architecture and conservation he specialises particularly in conservation listed buildings, and is currently acting as Inspecting church architect for 15 churches on the Isle of Wight.

Simon Craddock
Town Planning Consultant.
​
Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute. Currently Director of the Planning & Development Hub which forms part and parcel of our business. Formally Head of Development Control at the IOW Council, and has also worked in private practice and Portsmouth City Council. He moved back to the Island to head up Regeneration and Planning on the Island and to make things happen.
Specialises in large residential, commercial and leisure schemes.

Phil Salmon
Planning Consultant. Director of the Planning & Development Hub.
Phil has specialised in town planning on the Isle of Wight, and formally worked with Hepburn Planning. Experienced in leisure planning, smaller scale developments, one-off houses and pre-apps. He is an integral part of the team and compliments Simon Craddock.

Tom has worked with us for over four years and is a vastly experienced Building Management Consultant working on major commercial, residential and industrial developments. He previously spent 15 years working for the Isle of Wight's largest building contractor.

Kate is a welcome addition to our team in the last 6 months, having worked on the Island in senior administrative posts, particularly in the sailing world. She brings a welcoming touch to our positive, forward looking team.
