The Act is now going through to provide coastal access to areas that have not been provided for throughout the United Kingdom up to date. The Island is surrounded by water and land owners now have to be made aware of what is in front of them with regard to public access across their land. Our expert, James Attrill, is working with our LLP lawyers to advise what the legislation means, how this could affect the value of your property and land, and what measures could be taken to retain or increase that value.
