High speed ferry services to Portsmouth and Southampton provide access to onward rail services to London, Waterloo: Fast trains from Southampton take approximately 1 hour 15 minutes and trains from Portsmouth Harbour take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.

There
are also good motorway connections from both Southampton and Portsmouth.
There
is two small airports on the island at Sandown and Bembridge, whist
Southampton Airport is easily accessible and provides services to
an increasing number of British and European destinations.

advances or commuting.
